This article explains how to save changes to the volumes and/or search engines used by Sherlock 2.
DISCUSSION
In order to save the volumes or Internet search engines selected to perform searches:
1. Select the volumes you would like to search by placing a checkmark in the volumes box (see Figure 1).
2. When you have the volumes you would like to keep as a default set, change the channel. For instance, if you are in the file search, change the channel to an Internet search.

The next time you open Sherlock it retains these selections.
