iCal 1.0: Only Works With Mac OS X Mail Application

Symptom

• When you send an email invitation, an alert box appears and the invitation is not sent.
• When you receive an email invitation and click on the link to add it to your calendar, an alert box appears.

Solution

iCal 1.0 only works with the Mac OS X Mail application. To send or receive invitations, make sure the Mail application is set up to send and receive email.
